Your listing goes live — within 48 hours
We are adding your profile to the 2BME map right now. You will receive a confirmation email from

Your personal 4-digit Pro Login PIN — you will use this to update your availability status and session prices on the Expert Connect page

Start receiving consultation requests
Once live, DIYers can find you on the map, see your availability status, and send you a booking request. You will receive an email for each request.

How consultations work

DIYer finds you on the map
They see your profile, your speciality, your fee, and your availability status. If you're green or orange, they can send a booking request.

You receive a booking request by email
The email includes their name, their question or topic, their preferred session length (30 or 60 min), and how they want to connect (video, phone, chat).

You confirm and agree on a time
Reply directly to the email to confirm the booking and arrange a time that works for both of you.

DIYer pays your fee
Payment is made through the platform before the session. You receive 85% of your stated fee (Expert plan) or 90% (Premium plan). 2BME retains the platform fee.

You conduct the session
Video call, phone call, or chat — however you and the DIYer agreed. Sessions are typically 30 or 60 minutes.
Your availability status
Your status is shown as a coloured dot on your map pin. DIYers can see at a glance whether you're available. You can update it yourself anytime — just go to 2bme.de/experts.html, click Pro Login in the navigation bar, enter your PIN, and toggle your status instantly. You can also update your session prices from the same panel.

⭐ Ratings & reviews
After every completed session, the DIYer receives a short rating request. Their rating and optional comment appear on your public profile on the map. Ratings build your reputation on the platform over time.

Your average rating
After 5 completed sessions you receive a 2BME Verified Expert badge on your profile. After 10 sessions you become a 2BME Trusted Expert. These badges are visible to all DIYers searching the map.

Share your registration with your existing clients and followers — let them know you are now offering paid online consultations through 2BME Expert Connect. You can share the link: 2bme.de/register-expert.html with other professionals you know who might benefit too.

Booking notifications are sent automatically when a DIYer requests a session. These emails sometimes land in spam at first.

Need to update your availability or details?
Simply email [email protected] with your name and what you'd like to change — your status, fee, description, or contact details. We'll update your listing within 24 hours.
